Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. As a teenager She was awarded her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She first began to participate in fitness events after deciding to end her gymnastics career from childhood. Within a single year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel left the stage for the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year, competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness awards. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card to complete her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished third in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she won her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more than proud of her placing. She was up against the very best. Ariel is getting stronger each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs that use a single hand using a pull-up machine, and seated rows. The warm-up is done before she moves onto the sets. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. How she does this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
