Mena Alexa Suvari, born 1979. She is a famous American model, fashion designer and actor. Soon after she began her professional career as an actress Mena Alexandra Svari was a regular as an actress in the 1990s on TV shows Boy Meets World and High Incident. In 1997 she debuted as an actor in the film Nowhere. With her performances on American Beauty - for which she was nominated to receive an award called a BAFTA Award - and American Pie, which garnered her greater attention, she transitioned into bigger roles. The actress has appeared in American Pie's Co-Star Jason Biggs in Loser (2000) before starring as the lead character on the screen in Sugar & Spice (2001). The film also featured her in the 2002 acclaimed independent drama Spun and in the 2004 thriller film Trauma. The actress was a part of HBO's drama show Six Feet Under. In 2004 she was nominated as the Outstanding Cast Member at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. In 2008, she was included in a variety of films, like Day of the Dead The Mysteries of Pittsburgh as well as the film adaptation of The Garden of Eden. Suvari is a model for Lancome Paris Adaptive, and she's been on several blogs and fashion magazines like Vogue. She has been a strong advocate and supporter of the African Medical and Research Foundation. She is also involved in issues of female empowerment and has been involved in organizations whose mission is breast cancer, and the End Violence Against Women campaign. She's best known for appearing on television shows that are popular, such as Dark Angel Heroes Chris Isaak Show Black Sash Reaper Rookie Blue and a host of others. She has appeared in high-profile items like Mercedes-Benz Sprint Canada or the Olympics. Missy was a part of the film series the films Stick It Backcountry The Red Movie, Something Red, and Wide Awake. Thanks to her skills her filmography, she did very well with all three films. Missy is a very generous person. She likes to spend her free moments to take part in various philanthropic occasions.
